Measuring the Success of Strategic Initiatives


Assalamualaikum lovely friends. This chapter share to you about customer metrics and the importance to an organization.

Why we need Key Performance Indicator? It's because KPI are the measures that are tied to business drivers. Metrics are the detailed measures that feed those KPIs.




The differentiation between EFFICIENCY and EFFECTIVENESS is efficiency is do the right things, where effectiveness is doing the things right. Efficiency IT metrics are to measures the performance of the IT system and effectiveness IT metrics are to measures the impact IT has on business process and activities including customer satisfaction.

Lets proceed with BENCHMARK? What is benchmark exactly??
What I understand is benchmark is a standard or baseline value the system seeks to attain.
