DecisionMaking

Well, everyone need to make a decision when do something. Thus, those decision that make from a person need to be good. to make a decision, people have to do it quickly because we simply do not have enough time.

as what you can see from the picture, he did't know which way should he choose. Either the way he choose good or not. Thus, he should find more information. But, the more info he acquires, the more complicated it to make decision. Me also learn how to used a Model. model is a simplified representation or abstraction of reality. by using models, it can calculate risks, understand uncertainty, changes variables, and manipulate time. Where oh where.

Warehouse is a logical collection of information. purposes of data warehouse is to combine information throughout organization. DATA MART contains a subsets of data warehouse information. in a data warehouse it contains layers of columns and rows. Cube are common term that used to represent multidimensional info. We use data mining to extract the info that not offered by raw data alone. Here in, we study about business intelligence. Bi is information that use to support their decision making efforts. there three principle includes of people, technology and culture.

Stor?

Stor? Stor room ke? Ingat barang je ke yang ada stor. Information pun ada stor jugak okay. jangan memain. Hahaha. Information ni akan disimpan di stor yang dipanggil DATABASE. Haa mende pulok database ni?? Ok, database ni basically tempat utk kita stor info. Eh aku ulang balik ayat kat atas tu ye? Nak jd mcm classmate aku la ni. Hahaha. Joke. Ada tiga jenis model database ni. Hierachical, network and relational. database paling flexible ialah relational because using related two-dimensional tables. Mostly, the advantages is increased flexibility, increase scalability and performance, reduse information redundancy and many more. Berakhirlah sudah untuk chapter 7 saya!

Nilai

Assalamualaikum you olls. Haa kenapa nilai? Bukan Nilai dekat N. Sembilan ye. Haha. Chapter seterusnya ni pasal value. Sebab tu ceq cakap pasal nilai. Nowadays, kita boleh dapatkan information tu kat mana mana. Even, lepak kat kedai mamak pun kita boleh dpt information. Hebat tak teknologi skrg ni?? information tu boleh kita dpt dr nilai besar smpai la ke yang palinggg simple tiny things!



Ada dua jenis value of information sebenarnya. Okay, kalau transactional, mesti la ianya berkaitan dengan pertukaran. Sama ada pertukaran dr segi jual beli. Kita beli brg then dapat receipt. Haa tu kan transactional info jugak.



Okay, kalau analytical pula, ia berkaitan dgn analysis la of course. Mostly, kita buat statistic about article tu. Sama ada nak analyze utk future.

Nilai information yg kita dapat mestilah berkualiti. Semua org nak dapat sesuatu tu dgn berkualiti, in good condition right? same as information laa. Quality information must be accurate, timeliness, uniqueness and many more.

Okay entry kali ni proceed with chapter 5. Pasal apa chapter 5 ni? Hmmm sebab agak tak berapa nk focus, tu yang ternganga tu! Dalam setiap organisasi, mereka mesti ada setiap fungsi dan tanggungjawab dlm menjalankan mereka punya tugas bukan? So, perkara2 mcm ni memang penting la utk support diorang punya organisasi. Chapter ni related jugak dgn chapter sebelum2 ni. Tanggungjawab mereka antaranya utk pastikan security information dlm Malaysia more intact. Moreover, mereka kena jaga information company diorang dari diambil oleh org lain. Contohnya, mcm org yg tak dikenali dlm company tu laa. Mana boleh sesuka hati je nak ambil ambil info company kite. Aku tumbuk muka kau baru la tau! Hehehe. Selain tu, diorang kena la tanggungjawab dlm collecting and maintain knowledge organisasi tu. Kalau tak maintain apa nak jadi nya? Lingkup nanti.

Dlm tajuk ni ada juga cakap pasal etika. Okay kalau English sikit kita panggil "ethics". Etika bukan Takaful Etiqa okayy, jangan confused! Macam yg kita tahu, etika berkenaan dgn tingkah laku kita dlm melakukan sesuatu. Agak agak faham ke? Haha. Biar je aku yang faham.

Okay, bila kita dh melakukan etika dlm organisasi, dah jalankan semua tanggungjawab kita, mestilah kita kena protect assets dlm company kita. Kalau nk protect, letak la security. Mangga bagi kat hang!
