Competitive advantages??

Apakahhh??? Hmmmm
Time macam ni la bingung apa benda competitive advantages tu. Haha. Okay, from my point of view, common tools that used to analyze and develop competitive advantages are :
1. Five forces model
2. Three genetic strategies
3. Value chains
First of all is buyer power. it has to assessed by analyzing the ability of buyers to directly impact the price they are willing to pay for an item. if there is more choice, the buyer power is high. Second is , supplier power. This must assessed by supplier ability to directly impact the price that they charge. This supplier was a reverse of buyer power. Third is treats of substitutes products or services. The price will high when there are many alternatives products or services. For example is tea and coffee. Fourth is treats of new entrants. High when it is easy for new competitors and low when there are entry barriers to enter the market. And last but not list is rivalry among existing competitors. This will high when competition is fierce in a market and low when competition is more complacent.
